Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall By Ihg, Tacoma

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were exceptionally nice with very comfortable beds and pillows, but they were small and awkwardly laid out. Unfortunately, the A/C wouldn't adjust, so we were constantly warm throughout the stay. The service was a mix; while there were complaints about working all night and the unsanitary microwaveable breakfast charging $40 more than expected, the staff did go the extra mile, providing excellent customer service. The location was somewhat noisy on weekends and in a less desirable area, but the hotel itself was very nice, clean, and had fantastic staff. The dining experience wasn't memorable, and the lack of a microwave was disappointing. Overall, it's a good place to stay, especially if you don't mind the noise and location issues.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean, equivalent to a motel room. The staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, the location was a little uncomfortable for me, especially with noisy clubs nearby, but overall, it was convenient.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were huge and very nice, but unfortunately, mine was dirty. The beds were comfortable, though, which was a plus. The service varied; some staff were pretty friendly, but there were moments where they seemed completely not able to handle the situation. The location was good overall, next to everything, but it could get pretty noisy around the weekends. The dining experience was decent, with good food, but I felt the price should have come with the room. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
